Job Description - SAP Mexican Payroll Lead - SPANISH SPEAKER Remote • Fluency in Spanish • Extensive experience in SAP HCM Payroll • FULL knowledge and proven experience working with SAP Mexican Payroll • Based in the USA with full right to work! Key Responsibilities: • Lead the SAP PY implementation for Mexico across all project phases • Support the sales process by advising on payroll practices and legislation • Collaborate with technical teams to maintain country-specific payroll solutions • Deliver full-cycle payroll processing in accordance with client standards • Address functional and technical issues raised by the internal team or client • Act as a subject matter expert for payroll-related queries and escalations What You Should Bring: • 4+ years of experience as a senior SAP PY consultant with Mexican legislation expertise • Strong understanding of rules, schemas, tax, timekeeping, and benefit interfaces • Proven ability to lead complex SAP Payroll implementations • End-to-end payroll processing knowledge and compliance awareness • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Language Requirements: • English & Spanish fluency is essential Apply Job!
