Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP PP‑QM Consultant to support SAP ECC/S/4HANA operations. The consultant will work remotely on a Time & Material basis and will be responsible for configuration, support, and minor enhancements in Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end support for SAP PP and QM modules
- Analyze business requirements and configure SAP PP‑QM accordingly
- Handle incident resolution, change requests, and minor enhancements
- Support production planning processes including:
- MRP
- Production Orders
- Capacity Planning
- Configure and support QM processes such as:
- Inspection Types
- Quality Notifications
- Usage Decisions
- Collaborate with business users and provide functional guidance
- Prepare functional specifications and support testing activities (unit/UAT)
- Provide documentation and knowledge transfer as required
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP PP and QM
- Strong knowledge of:
- Make-to-Order (MTO) / Make-to-Stock (MTS)
- Master Data (BOM, Routing, Work Centers)
- Inspection Planning & Results Recording
- Experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
Nice to Have
- Integration knowledge with MM, SD
- Exposure to S/4HANA PP‑QM simplifications
- Experience in support or rollout projects
