C2C is not allowed As the DLVR NA Business Product Lead serving as SAP ATLAS Business Product Owner for NA Deliver, this role is crucial in bridging the gap between business processes and technical solutions. Summary of your responsibilities: Business Process Understanding Deeply understands the Order to Cash (OTC) business processes. Translates these processes into a solution architecture. Troubleshoots user issues on SAP Collaboration with ERP Technical Product Owners: Determine system release enhancement prioritization. Manages documentation and communication strategies regarding: ERP freezes and Business continuity plans. UAT Strategy Development/Execution: Develops and executes SAP User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategies across functional teams in supply chain. Ensuring Functional Requirements: Works with other business and technical product owners to ensure that the functionality meets the specified requirements. Collects Product Backlog and communicates future state ERP needs to Leadership This role is essential for ensuring that systems not only meet business needs but also operate efficiently and effectively across various integrated platforms in OTC supply chain. Essential duties and responsibilities: Leads UAT projects, change requests, enhancements and manage compliance reporting related to SAP ATLAS. Develops operational support model and communicates progress to leadership consistently. Partners with TS Technical Product Owners to map new business capabilities and services to system solutions. Manages SAP user access, ensuring that appropriate approval procedures are followed, monitors user roles for SOD conflicts and provides business approval. Leads projects to create/maintain new/existing security roles with TS partners. Manages the execution of formal SAP user validated and regression testing with resource capacity as part of release management. Develops communication plans to users. Manages robust Product Backlog & communicates a progress of all change requests/user stories from initiation to rejection or approval and implementation. Special requirements: A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required. A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required. Experience leading technology implementations under Process Excellence framework. SAP experience is required. Expertise in Sales Order Management is preferred. Working knowledge of NA Deliver solutions landscape is preferred. JOM franchise business process knowledge is preferred.
