Lead and manage the implementation of SAP projects within the company. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Identify and manage project risks and issues, and provide solutions to keep projects on track. Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management. Ensure project timelines and budgets are adhered to and make adjustments as needed. Manage project resources, including team members and external vendors. Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of project goals. Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in SAP technology. Uphold company policies and procedures throughout project execution. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner.
