Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated SAP Project Manager (PMO)to support and deliver large-scale IT transition and handover projects within a managed services environment. The ideal candidate is a strong collaborator and team player with excellent communication skills, capable of working in Agile/Scrum setups while engaging closely with cross-functional and distributed teams.
This role requires hands-on project governance, stakeholder coordination, and the ability to drive successful delivery across complex SAP and IT service landscapes.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end delivery of IT transition and handover projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.
• Apply appropriate project management methodologies (Agile, PMI, PRINCE2) based on project needs.
• Plan, track, and report project progress, risks, dependencies, and milestones using standard PM tools.
• Coordinate with SAP teams, internal stakeholders, and external partners to ensure seamless collaboration.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (scrum meetings, sprint planning, retrospectives) and ensure adherence to Agile best practices.
• Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and timely issue resolution.
• Proactively identify risks and issues, propose mitigation strategies, and drive corrective actions.
• Support governance, documentation, and reporting requirements within the PMO framework.
• Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term engagement.
Required Qualifications Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of proven experiencemanaging large-scale IT projects, preferably transition/handover projects in a managed services environment.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Experience working in Agile / Scrumenvironments.
