SAP S/4HANA Advanced Available-to-Promise (aATP) SME / OTC Transformation Leader - (Remote) We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP S/4HANA Advanced Available-to-Promise (aATP) Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead and deliver large-scale Order-to-Cash (OTC) transformation programs. This role requires a deep hands-on understanding of aATP functionalities along with strong consulting, leadership, and client engagement capabilities. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise in SAP S/4 aATP with business transformation leadership, driving measurable improvements in order fulfillment efficiency, supply chain optimization, and customer experience. Lead the design, deployment, and configuration of SAP S/4HANA aATP functionalities, including: Product Availability Check (PAC) Backorder Processing (BOP) Release for Delivery (RfD) Product Allocations Conduct requirement workshops with business stakeholders (Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, and IT) to define aATP processes tailored to complex global business scenarios. Drive the end-to-end OTC transformation journey, aligning solution design with industry-specific KPIs and enterprise goals. Ensure seamless integration of aATP with SD, MM, PP, and other functional areas. Configure BOP segments, confirmation strategies, allocation rules, and extensibility logic to optimize order fulfillment. Provide thought leadership in business value realization, process reengineering, and S/4HANA adoption. Lead and mentor project teams of 20+ consultants across global deployments. Collaborate with clients in pre-sales, proposal development, and business case creation for ERP and aATP transformation initiatives. Deliver accurate project estimations, timelines, and roadmaps, while ensuring adherence to governance and quality standards. 10+ years of ERP consulting experience (preferably SAP). Minimum of 5 full life cycle ERP implementations across multi-modules (Finance, Sales, Production, Purchasing, Warehouse). At least 2 full-cycle aATP implementations with proven measurable outcomes. Strong expertise in aATP configuration, deployment, and integration with SD, MM, PP. Proven track record in leading large global OTC business transformation programs. Demonstrated experience in proposal writing, pre-sales, and business case development (minimum 6 years). Strong stakeholder management skills; ability to speak both business and technical language.
