Job Description: SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll LEAD (USA & Canada) We are seeking an experienced EC Payroll Lead to join our team for a temporary, part-time engagement. This role is essential for managing payroll processes across the USA and Canada, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timeliness. • Position: SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll LEAD • Location: 100% Remote • Duration: November 11, 2024 – January 2, 2025 • Hours: 15 hours per week, totaling 120 hours over the engagement period Key Responsibilities: • Lead and oversee end-to-end payroll processing for USA and Canada. • Ensure compliance with federal and state/provincial payroll regulations. • Validate payroll data to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies. • Collaborate with internal teams to address payroll inquiries and provide timely support. Requirements: • Proven experience as an EC Payroll Lead, preferably with USA and Canada payroll expertise. • Strong understanding of payroll regulations and best practices. • Ability to work independently in a remote setting and meet strict deadlines.
