Role: SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Project Manager Location: Princeton, NJ (Remote) but looking only NJ & NY locations Job Description: Basic Qualifications: Minimum 8+ years of proven project management experience, with a strong focus on managing end-to-end projects, particularly in HRIS or cloud-based software implementations. Minimum 8+ years experience in SAP HR or Payroll systems, preferably with a focus on SuccessFactors EC Payroll implementations. Preferred Qualifications: Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile Certified Practitioner). Experience managing large-scale HRIS implementations in a global enterprise environment. Insurance industry experience Preferred location is Princeton, NJ but remote can be considered DUTIES AND TASKS : Key Responsibilities: Project Management Expertise: Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery within agreed timelines and budgets. Utilize project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) to achieve project goals. Define project scope, establish clear goals and deliverables, and manage project risks effectively. Monitor project progress and maintain adherence to quality standards. Technical and Functional Knowledge: Demonstrate strong proficiency in Azure DevOps for project tracking and management. Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of SuccessFactors modules, particularly Employee Central and EC Payroll. Ensure seamless integration of SuccessFactors with other HRIS or existing company systems, with a deep understanding of the SAP ecosystem. Develop and execute data migration strategies, ensuring data quality and accuracy throughout the implementation process. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including technical teams, HR leaders, and executives, ensuring alignment and understanding. Manage stakeholder expectations through effective engagement and relationship-building. Resolve conflicts through negotiation and maintain a collaborative project environment. Drive user adoption of new systems and processes by applying change management principles. Other Requirements: Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in response to evolving project requirements and challenges. Preferably located in or willing to relocate to Princeton to collaborate closely with the majority of project members. Experience in the insurance industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
