SAP SuccessFactors (PY) with German

Customer projects in the area of SAP HCM in all on-premise components with focus on Payroll Germany (PY-DE) Analysis of the customer situation, creation of process documents, conceptions, and blueprints. System-side realization of customer requirements (including customizing, schemas and cycles in payroll accounting) Support in all project phases—conception, design, customizing, prototyping and roll out of SAP HCM As a senior consultant, you will also take on partial project management in smaller teams on site at our customers. Must have Skills : German (fluent) , SAP PY (Payroll), SAP HCM , SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Knowledge of business and IT processes and their mapping in the SAP HCM system (PY) Experience with collective agreement regulations for remuneration, know-how in tax and social security law Excellent knowledge of SAP specific schemas, cycles and characteristics Experience with project management and consulting methods Self-motivation, persuasiveness as well as assertiveness Solution/process-oriented thinking skills and strong methodological competence.
