SCRUM MASTER - 100% REMOTE Lead Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives Ensure consistent flow and delivery using Scrum and Kanban practices tailored to the Trident Project Foster a collaborative, transparent, and accountable team environment Identify and remove blockers to maintain team momentum Encourage continuous improvement through feedback loops and retrospectives Collaborate with the Agile Coach to ensure alignment with Agile practices Apply Agile principles consistently while adapting to the team s context and maturity Promote Agile values across the team and stakeholders Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies clearly to stakeholders Align team activities with project goals and business priorities Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to support delivery Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Kanban facilitator in a technical or data-driven environment Familiarity with Agile delivery in manufacturing or infrastructure-related projects is a plus Deep understanding of Scrum and Kanban frameworks Strong facilitation, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Employers have access to artificial intelligence language tools (“AI”) that help generate and enhance job descriptions and AI may have been used to create this description.
