You will facilitate Agile ceremonies and coach teams on frameworks to ensure successful feature and project delivery.
Responsibilities
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and teach core principles to promote self-organization and continuous improvement.
• Identify, track, and remove impediments to ensure team and project success.
• Manage the product backlog and coordinate capacity planning to determine sprint commitments.
• Monitor sprint velocity, track project metrics, and report progress to stakeholders.
• Shield the team from external distractions and resolve internal conflicts.
• Coordinate requirements gathering and design efforts between technical and business groups.
Required Skills
• 3+ years of experience in high-performing Agile software development environments.
• Scrum Master certification with deep knowledge of SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban.
• Experience working with Desktop, Mobile, and OTT development teams.
• Technical familiarity with HTML, CSS, JS, PHP, iOS, and Android.
• Proficiency with Bitbucket, GitHub, and Jenkins.
• Experience using Jira, Confluence, Google Suite, and Slack.
• Ability to lead business and technology stakeholders through technical vetting processes.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred Skills
• Experience managing feature delivery within capital budgets.
• Experience presenting and facilitating meetings for executive audiences.
