SDR - Cold Calling Appointment Setter

Your goal is to call and identify leaders interested in securing the $10,000 monthly Google Ads Grant for their nonprofit organizations and set appointments with our closing sales team. Your Primary Responsibilities & Requirements: Conduct high-volume cold calling (80-100/day) using Google Voice. Outbound LinkedIn/Email sequences. Working hours: 9am-5pm M-F Eastern Standard Time, USA Excellent American English accent. Focus on personalized connection and overcoming objections. Qualify prospects and book 15-minute discovery calls with the senior sales team. Take notes on each call in Google Sheets. Leads, training and scripts provided. Technical & Reliability Requirements: Power Backup: You must have a dedicated power backup system (Inverter, UPS, or Solar) to ensure 99% uptime during US business hours. High-Speed Internet: A stable connection (minimum 10 Mbps upload/download) with a secondary backup data source. Quiet Workspace: A professional, noise-controlled environment for clear calling. Compensation: Base Salary: Starting at $300 USD per month. Uncapped Commission:$25 for every qualified meeting booked + $50 for every closed deal.
