Responsibilities • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates • Partner with clients to fill urgent job openings with qualified candidates • Leverage recruiting tools and materials to source talent • Conduct initial outreach, screen candidates, and prepare them and clients for interviews • Negotiate job offers, and complete reference checks on candidates Qualifications • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Motivated to make high outbound calls to source clients and candidates • Comfort establishing professional relationships over the phone • High standards for integrity, confidentiality, and ethical conduct • Effective negotiation skills • A degree is preferred but not required • Completion of gpac's training program and ongoing training requirements What's In It For You If you have an entrepreneurial spirit, a goal-driven mindset, and a competitive nature, you'll thrive here-and enjoy unlimited earning potential. Starting salary is $50,000 annually, with a commission goal of $160,000 per year.
