Position Overview:
As a Seasonal Retail Sales Ambassador, you will be responsible for:
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets to drive business growth
- Maintaining high brand and operational standards, including visual merchandising and store cleanliness
- Providing exceptional customer service, utilizing the UNIQLO service standard and Fundamental Principles
- Assisting with customer needs, including fitting room support and cashier duties
- Processing shipments and ensuring merchandise is accurately represented on the sales floor
- Collaborating with management to identify and resolve store issues
- Sharing product and brand knowledge with customers to drive sales and loyalty
- Adhering to company policies and procedures, reporting any infractions to management
- Supporting special projects and initiatives as assigned by management
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Effective communication and instruction-following skills
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift 25 pounds, and navigate the sales floor and stockroom
