Seasonal Tax Preparer (Remote: January - April)

We’re a U.S.-based tax and bookkeeping firm looking for an experienced Seasonal Tax Preparer to join our team from mid-January through mid-April. This is a fully remote role and ideal for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating directly with clients. What You’ll Do: Prepare individual and small business tax returns (1040, Schedule C, etc.) Work inside Intuit ProConnect (required) Navigate TaxDome (preferred) Communicate with clients regarding missing documents, follow-ups, and clarifications Maintain a high level of accuracy and professionalism Meet deadlines during peak weeks of tax season Requirements: Must be based in the United States Fluent in English (written + verbal) Experience preparing U.S. tax returns Strong proficiency with ProConnect Ability to communicate professionally with clients Familiarity with TaxDome is a plus Reliable availability from mid-January through mid-April About Us: We’re a family-run, fully virtual tax practice focused on delivering accurate, friendly, efficient service.
