Seeking financial guru to help with taxes and S Corp

So I have a sole prop in Florida. I'm a storyteller and storycoach, so I write, direct, publish, teach, coach. Last year I was fortunate to grow to almost 90K in revenue, but then I got walloped by taxes. I've been doing my own taxes for years (I was a freelance theatre artist for a long time and didn't mind juggling a dozen 1099s), but those self-employment taxes crushed me, even with the estimated taxes I was sending in. I'm on track to crack 100K this year, and I think converting to an S Corp or LLC could really help with that tax burden, but I would be WAY out of my depth. So what I'm looking for right now is a consultation to put together a plan to transition--what does that mean for DBA, for my business bank accounts, etc. The other wrench is this--my partner and I are likely to relocate in 2026 to another state. How does that impact incorporation and does that mean I'm better off holding off, etc etc etc? I just don't know what I don't know! UPDATE--I got burned by a previous hire for this job. They submitted form 2553, but the IRS rejected it, because I'm a sole prop and not a for profit corporation (and then they ghosted me, sigh). So I'm guessing that means I have to convert before requesting new tax status? Again, I don't know what I don't know.
