About the Role I'm looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented virtual personal assistant to help streamline my business and personal administrative tasks. This is a remote, part-time position requiring approximately 4-10 hours per week with flexible scheduling. Key Responsibilities Email Management: Follow up on emails, maintain inbox organization, and ensure timely responses Calendar Coordination: Schedule appointments and meetings, coordinate availability across multiple parties Travel Planning: Research and book flights and hotels, comparing options for best price, value, and timing Financial Support: Assist with end-of-month invoicing and basic bookkeeping tasks Document Management: Maintain and organize Google Drive files and Excel documents Miscellaneous Tasks: Handle various virtual personal and administrative tasks as needed Required Qualifications Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel and Google Drive/Google Workspace Communication: Well-versed in professional email etiquette and communication Personal Qualities: Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to multitask effectively and manage competing priorities Fast learner who can adapt to new tools and processes Maintains strict confidentiality with sensitive information Availability: Weekly scheduling flexibility to accommodate varying workload What I'm Looking For Someone who takes initiative and doesn't need constant direction Reliable communication and consistent availability within agreed timeframes Experience with administrative support, preferably in a virtual environment Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness Comfort handling confidential and personal data Compensation & Schedule Hours: 4-10 hours per week (flexible based on workload) Schedule: Flexible timing with ability to accommodate different time zones Apply tot his job
