About the position
Responsibilities
• Analyze store-level sales and profitability to inform assortment updates and future assortment plans.
• Lead the execution of assortment strategies and continuously share learnings and field feedback.
• Collaborate with key partners such as Buying, Planning, Inventory, Space & Presentation, Guest Insights, and Assortment Planning.
• Manage large sets of data and interpret insights to drive business decisions.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external partners.
• Adapt, prioritize, and support multiple tasks or projects in response to changing priorities.
• Work proactively to support multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising or related field and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience within Segmentation, Merchandising, Merchandising Strategy, Strategy/Consulting, Consumer Insights, or other relevant business functions; experience working with Essentials & Beauty category highly desired.
• Ability to manage large sets and interpret data.
• Strong collaboration skills with internal and external partners.
• Pragmatic approach anchored in business priorities.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Ability to adapt, prioritize and successfully support multiple tasks or projects in response to ambiguous, changing or competing priorities.
Nice-to-haves
• Experience in a retail environment or with consumer data analysis.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools or software.
