Requirements: A degree in Special Education or a relevant certification, such as an Associate's degree, Bachelor's degree, or higher qualification. Previous experience working with children who have special needs, demonstrating a strong understanding of their challenges and requirements. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with teaching staff and parents to promote student success.
