Who We're Looking For The ideal candidate will have: • 3-5+ years of progressive experience in full-cycle accounting • Comfort in managing deadlines and budgets • Strong grasp of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) Key Qualifications • Advanced Excel Skills: Comfortable working with large datasets at an intermediate to advanced level. • GAAP Knowledge: A solid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) is essential. • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field is required. • Professional Certification: A CPA license or being in the process of obtaining one is preferred, but not required. Your Role And Responsibilities As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for: • Preparing monthly financial statements. • Managing bookkeeping, cash flow, and accounts receivable/payable. • Monitoring and improving clients’ internal controls. • Managing or assisting with the implementation of accounting systems and processes.
