Description: • *Responsibilities** • Oversee and manage financial operations for various entities, including complex partnerships, trusts, and foundations. • Play a key role in the innovative structuring of assets, similar to hedge fund operations, involving profit interest calculations and sophisticated financial strategies. • Work cohesively with a seasoned team, including five Senior Accountants, a Controller, and a COO, benefiting from their extensive industry experience. • Handle occasional financial transactions for the family, focusing primarily on investment-related activities. • Utilize Sage and Tax Pro for various accounting and tax-related tasks. • *Qualifications** • Solid background in accounting, preferably with experience in investment management or fund administration. • Prior experience in public accounting or business management is beneficial. • Strong foundation in investment management is critical, while tax expertise is appreciated. • Ability to handle a diverse range of tasks, from high-level financial analysis to routine accounting processes.
