A leading retail media agency is looking for a Senior Amazon Ads Strategist to drive strategic growth and performance across a portfolio of high-value clients. This is a pivotal role that blends hands-on campaign ownership with strategic input and team development, within a fast-paced, high-performance environment focused on Amazon Ads. 🔍 Key Responsibilities: Strategic & Operational Leadership Lead day-to-day management and optimisation of key Amazon Ads accounts Co-develop strategic advertising plans alongside senior leadership for top-tier clients Act as the main point of contact for selected accounts—ensuring performance, communication, and results are consistently strong Portfolio Ownership Own a portfolio of mid-sized Amazon Ads accounts: from campaign setup and optimisation to reporting and client engagement Lead weekly client calls and ensure alignment on business objectives and performance Troubleshoot and resolve issues, supporting escalations where required Innovation & Process Improvement Test and evaluate new tools, platforms, and optimisation techniques Contribute to the development of internal frameworks, reporting tools, and scalable processes Team Enablement & Training Mentor junior team members and help support their growth Assist in coordinating internal training and certification programs Share best practices and contribute to knowledge-sharing across the wider advertising team Leadership Collaboration Work closely with the Head of Performance Marketing to execute and refine the agency-wide Amazon Ads strategy Support new business activities including RFP responses, forecasting, and pitches Provide occasional support with vendor and partner relationship management This role offers the chance to take strategic ownership of client performance in a business that values innovation, collaboration, and measurable impact.
