Senior Analyst, Financial Planning and Analysis

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team. This role plays a key part in shaping financial strategy, driving performance insights and supporting business leaders with reliable data and analysis to support strategic decision-making. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A and/or corporate finance, accounting or related area General knowledge of accounting, financial, operational and budgeting principles Experience developing financial reports and metrics Excellent time management and organizational skills Strong business acumen data analysis skills with the ability to synthesize large datasets Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel and other data and calculation software(s); experience with Power BI, budgeting and reporting tools such as Adaptive Insights, MS Board or others, and workforce management systems, such as Genesys Strong Word and PowerPoint skills Superior attention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a view of the big picture Strong customer orientation Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building successful partnerships with the ability to interact with various management levels Demonstrated ability to influence others through effective verbal and written communication Benefits Full benefits package, including Paid Time Off (PTO), medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, robust EAP, wellness program, and much more Competitive pay with annual increases Originally posted on Himalayas
