Senior Application Administrator - Shiro Technologies

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Application Administrator with deep expertise in Tableau administration, data visualization, and data warehouse solutions. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills to lead a data analytics team and drive modernization efforts. Responsibilities: Provide advanced expertise for the administration, configuration, and support of applications. Oversee application deployment processes, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards for monitoring, lifecycle management, disaster recovery, and security. Integrate solutions with Enterprise Architecture Services, APIs, identity management, and document repositories. Design application-specific failover processes and strategies to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Develop integration strategies and validation processes to ensure audit readiness. Establish and enforce Tableau standards and best practices for development. Mandatory Skills: Experience implementing client-facing large-scale Tableau and data warehouse solutions. Hands-on experience assisting clients with migrating from legacy to modern data platforms. Ability to articulate, define, and execute a strategic vision of proposed architecture. Strong leadership, communication, and management skills to lead data analytics teams. Proficiency with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Prep. Expertise in dashboard and data visualization design. Advanced data analysis and data discovery skills. Experience with Tableau Server and Tableau Cloud administration. Desirable Skills: Public sector industry experience is a plus.
