The Senior Art Director is responsible for partnering with internal teams and clients to design, execute and deliver innovative healthcare and pharmaceutical marketing and advertising initiatives. Requirements In-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office Suite Skilled to think in abstract terms; can make connections between unrelated ideas; can formulate innovative concepts; is seen as original and value-added in brainstorming sessions Ability to tell compelling stories through visuals that connect with audiences across multiple channels and drives customer engagement in support of brand strategy Strong creative design and conceptual skills Strong presentation and persuasion skills: Can develop a clear point of view and tell a meaningful “story”; is effective in a variety of settings and group sizes with clients, peers, subordinates, and management; confidently expresses both data/facts and more controversial topics; commands attention and can manage group dynamics Ability to oversee, manage, and support priorities and workflow to ensure high-quality project execution according to project timelines and budgets Excellent analytical thinking, planning, prioritization, and execution skills Working knowledge of, or hands-on experience with, interactive programming Ability to identify key issues; creatively and strategically overcome challenges or obstacles Ability to manage outcomes to win-win resolution High level of integrity, confidentiality, and accountability Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work under tight deadlines Ability to work independently; self-motivated Ability to participate and interact effectively on a team Benefits Competitive salaries Generous paid time off Excellent health insurance Family leave 401(k) plan with employer matching Originally posted on Himalayas
