Senior Billing Specialist

The Senior Billing Specialist is responsible for performing moderately complex monthly billing and reconciliation activities. In this role, the individual will be responsible for the daily monitoring of various contract and order queues and related billing within designated SLAs. The role will review the accuracy of billing information to ensure all data has been entered correctly for billing and... product provisioning/installation. Essential Duties: ? Perform Retail invoicing activities, including EDP retail customers, in a timely manner to meet deadlines with customer ? Review routine OEM and Retail sales orders to verify/ensure all pertinent billing information has been completed and submitted properly and trigger related billing ? Collaborates with internal departments to resolve sales order issues to ensure timely setup of services ? Responsible for performing monthly billing and reconciliation activities for non-complex OEM programs ? Review and process credit requests daily in the billing system ? Research, address and resolve first tier OEM customer issues with customers and OEM program directors to determine root cause and warranted remediation ? Clearly and concisely present information in verbal or written form to both internal and external customers ? Other projects and billing related customer responsibilities as needs arise Required Experience and Skills: ? High School Diploma/GED and 5 years? experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline and 3 years? experience; or 7 years? experience in a related field ? Full proficiency with billing processes and all order to cash systems and solid product knowledge across numerous platforms ? Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to stay calm in high pressure situations, and speak confidently to internal and external customers with limited supervision and level of professionalism ?
