At Access Credit Union, our values are straightforward: Do good Be better Own it Move forward We’re looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst (Sr BA) to join our Digital, Banking & Payments team. This role is ideal for someone who understands the unique needs of credit unions and can translate business goals into effective, member focused technology solutions. Responsibilities • Lead and mentor Business Analysts, supporting clarity, alignment, and delivery across initiatives. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, validate, and document business requirements. • Translate business needs into functional solutions that support digital banking, payments, and operational efficiency. • Support project planning, analysis, testing activities, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). • Act as a liaison between business units and technology teams, ensuring smooth delivery and clear communication. • Maintain strong knowledge of digital banking systems and emerging payment technologies. Requirements • 8–10 years of Business Analysis experience, including experience in a credit union or financial services environment (required). • Post‑secondary degree or Business Analysis certification. • Experience leading analysis on complex, cross‑functional initiatives. • Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, documentation, and data analysis. • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills. • Ability to work independently, solve problems, and guide others. • Advanced technical and digital literacy. • Note: This is a remote position however the successful candidate must reside in Manitoba.
