Senior Business Analyst - Kforce Technology Staffing

RESPONSIBILITIES: Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Business Analyst in New York, NY. Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Business Analyst to support key portfolios across HR, Finance, and Workflow systems. This role is ideal for a process-driven professional with a strong background in business transformation and performance improvement. Key Responsibilities: * Gather requirements and implement HR, Finance, and Workflow systems * Lead process improvement initiatives and serve as the Process Lead in business and application transformation projects * Identify root causes of business challenges, collect pain points, and facilitate process improvements * Plan and implement projects that improve quality, reduce costs, increase productivity, and enhance cycle times * Deliver process improvement projects within defined timelines and cost-reduction goals * Secure stakeholder buy-in for performance excellence initiatives * Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Technology Solution Leads and Finance, to assess and report financial benefits of improvement projects * Provide regular updates and reports on project status and outcomes REQUIREMENTS: * Certifications: Black Belt or Master Black Belt required * Proven experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) * Demonstrated success in delivering process improvement initiatives * Strong communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills * Strategic thinker with strong planning and problem-solving abilities * Comfortable working across all levels of an organization * Familiarity with project management tools and lifecycle phases * Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
