Senior Business Analyst (RPA)

Engage with stakeholders to collect and clarify business requirements. Document requirements in Business Requirements Documents, functional specifications, and use cases. Maintain end-to-end traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle. Analyze proposed solutions for alignment with business objectives and identify gaps. Communicate requirements clearly between business and technical teams. Map current and future business processes and recommend optimizations. Support change management by assessing impacts and updating documentation. Define test cases, coordinate user acceptance testing, and validate delivered solutions. Track progress of BA tasks and report status to project management. Prepare user manuals, deliver training, and ensure knowledge transfer. Previous 6 years of experience in BA roles. Experience with RPA or AI projects. Previous experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements. Ability to manage stakeholders and facilitate collaboration. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Availability for business trips to the client's office. Manufacturing experience is nice to have. We're Nagarro .
