Position Purpose: This role will support the Availity enterprise strategy by coordinating initiatives, aligning stakeholders, and translating strategic priorities into execution. Work cross-functionally across the enterprise to evaluate and optimize the Availity portfolio’s capabilities by quantifying performance and business value, identifying root causes and refinement opportunities, and implementing standard work, KPIs, and control plans to sustain quality and results.

Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience. MBA or MHA preferred. 6+ years of LEAN, Six Sigma or related process improvement experience, preferably in the healthcare industry. Previous working knowledge of process mapping and design, statistical applications and project management software.

Highly Preferred Experience:

Licenses/Certifications: LEAN/Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification preferred.

Pay Range: $87,700.00 - $157,800.00 per year

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status.
