- Proven experience delivering complex web and mobile products
- Strong expertise in requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation
- Experience managing requirements throughout the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Hands-on experience with BPMN and UML
- Solid understanding of REST APIs and microservices architecture
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience working with Confluence and Jira
- Understanding of non-functional requirements, including security, scalability, and performance
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
