Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of new or updated services and procedural changes, and ensure the overall effectiveness of the team

• Perform complex client care tasks, including handling incoming and outgoing calls to clients
• Provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of policy to less experienced Client Care Agents and provide guidance to meet defined productivity and performance objectives
• Collaborate with the immediate team and communicate with other departments to resolve client issues
• Recommend areas requiring improvement and implement changes to enhance client satisfaction
• Engage with internal and external clients to resolve issues and provide support
• Utilize various systems to research and resolve issues with client addresses on statements

Required Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• At least 4 years of client support, financial services, or contact center experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
• Strong client care skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Effective organizational, multitasking, and prioritizing skills
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Microsoft Access
• The ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and use search tools to find information
