About the position
Responsibilities
• Manage recruitment for clinical positions, including CRNAs, anesthesiologists, and other anesthesia-related roles.
• Screen candidates to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit within the organization.
• Develop and maintain an active candidate pipeline through targeted strategies and partnerships.
• Partner with Chiefs and RVPs to understand specific role requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Communicate effectively with candidates about job responsibilities, company culture, and benefits.
• Manage candidate expectations, including salary and relocation assistance.
• Work closely with clinical leadership to define job requirements and assess candidate qualifications.
• Advise and coach Chiefs on best practices for interviewing and candidate evaluation.
• Collaborate with regional leadership and compensation to ensure competitive compensation packages.
• Promote the company's brand within the clinical community to attract top-tier candidates.
• Represent the organization at industry events and career fairs.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted recruitment campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations in recruitment activities.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Provide regular reports and updates to leadership on recruitment progress.
• Collaborate with the onboarding team to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare, or a related field.
• 5+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 3 years focused on clinical recruitment/healthcare.
• Experience recruiting for anesthesia-related roles, such as CRNAs or anesthesiologists, is preferred.
• Familiarity with recruitment in a healthcare setting and knowledge of healthcare-specific regulations.
• Expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and evaluating clinical candidates.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, talent pipelines, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with HR technology, ATS, and recruitment tools (e.g., Workday).
