Role purpose | As a member of Worley’s global Ethics & Compliance team, to promote, oversee and implement Worley’s compliance program to ensure that the project operations and functions act in compliance with Worley’s values and Code of Conduct. |
Key accountabilities | Serve as a key point of contact for ethics and compliance due diligence on third-party business partners globally (with a potential regional focus e.g. APAC, EMEA), providing guidance and support to key functional stakeholders and leadership.

Key requirements | · 8 to 12 years of experience in ethics and compliance. · Proven ability to assess and manage third-party risks effectively, ensuring adherence to organizational compliance requirements. · Strong understanding of global compliance frameworks, applicable laws and regulations including anti-bribery laws (e.g. FCPA and UK Bribery Act), international guidelines, standards, codes of conduct, and key trends in the compliance space. · Self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively within a global team, prioritizing tasks with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership. · Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with exceptional attention to detail and analytical capability. · Mandatory proficiency in English, with outstanding writing skills for drafting due diligence reports, mitigation plans, guidance notes, policies, SOPs and other compliance documentation. · Strong commitment to uphold organization’s code of conduct, core values and ethical standards across all operations. |
