Our client, a leading organization in the energy and infrastructure sector, is seeking a Bilingual Senior Contract Manager Specialist (English/Spanish) to join their team. As a Senior Contract Manager, you will be part of the Commercial & Contract Management organization supporting Project Management, Sourcing, Legal, and Project Execution teams. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, exceptional analytical abilities, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Senior Contract Manager - EPC, Claims & Power Projects
Location: Remote (EST Time Zone Preferred) with periodic travel throughout the U.S. and Latin America
Pay Range: $68.48/hour
What's the Job?
• Lead contract management activities for complex domestic and international energy and infrastructure projects.
• Manage contract claims, change orders, extensions of time, and commercial risk mitigation strategies.
• Negotiate contract terms, subcontract agreements, and claims settlement resolutions.
• Drive supplier recovery and insurance recovery efforts while protecting contractual entitlements.
• Provide contract interpretation, commercial guidance, and dispute resolution support to project teams.
What's Needed?
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of contract administration experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of project management or equivalent commercial project experience.
• Strong experience with claims management, contract negotiations, change orders, and risk mitigation.
• Experience supporting EPC, construction, infrastructure, energy, or power generation projects preferred.
• Fluent English and Spanish (required).
