Our mission is to empower customers to leverage our products thoroughly, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty. **Responsibilities** As a Senior Customer Enablement Engineer, you'll have a wide range of duties, including: * Guiding new customers through the technical onboarding process, ensuring they're fully trained and can effectively use our product. * Providing deep subject matter expertise on arenaflex solutions and best practices to help customers achieve value. * Offering technical guidance on in-depth use case implementation and helping demonstrate the value of the product's capabilities to advance product adoption and expansion. * Serving as a technical resource, resolving customer issues promptly and escalating complex problems to the appropriate teams. * Communicating with highly technical customers and explaining highly technical concepts to a non-technical audience. * Collecting customer feedback on product functionality and working with the product development team to implement improvements. * Maintaining regular communication with assigned accounts, understanding their ongoing needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction. * Creating and maintaining a knowledge base of customer interactions and technical solutions provided. * Working closely with the support, sales, product development, and other teams to provide a seamless customer experience. **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A Bachelor's degree * 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role * A strong understanding of Linux system administration, virtualization, and networking * Familiarity with mobile operating systems * Scripting experience is helpful * Self-motivation as a remote worker to effectively manage time and efforts to achieve performance goals * Working knowledge of CRM and customer messaging tools * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills **Shape the Future with Us** At arenaflex, we're passionate about pioneering the next wave of software development and security.
