Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Data Reporting Manager at the American Heart Association, you'll be responsible for:
- Leading business processes and data management activities for the Professional Membership and Science team, ensuring seamless operations and data integrity.
- Developing, maintaining, and distributing data queries and reports that inform strategic decisions and drive business outcomes.
- Identifying process improvements and automated solutions for CRM activities, leveraging your expertise to optimize workflows.
- Enhancing the external customer experience through workflow analysis, ensuring that our interactions with customers are meaningful and effective.
- Acting as a liaison to Business Technology, ensuring that data operations align with organizational policies and standards.
- Updating and maintaining user guidelines, operating procedures, and training documentation to support team members and stakeholders.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, providing a solid foundation in IT principles and practices.
- At least five years of experience in business or sales support administration, including CRM technology, demonstrating your ability to navigate complex business environments.
- Comprehensive skills in MS Dynamics, MS Excel, Access, and SQL, enabling you to develop and maintain complex data queries and reports.
- Strong project management skills, with an application development background, showcasing your ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Experience with database administration and system requirements for data management, highlighting your technical expertise.
