Senior eCommerce Growth Strategist (WooCommerce + Paid Ads + CRO) – Australian Online Tile Store - Contract to Hire

I’ve recently acquired an established Australian online tile store (WooCommerce-based) and am looking for an experienced eCommerce Growth Strategist to help scale revenue profitably. The business is live and generating sales. My priority is: Stabilise operations Improve margins Scale profitably This is NOT a basic “run ads” role. I’m looking for someone who understands: WooCommerce Google Shopping Meta Ads Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) Product feed optimisation Freight/margin-sensitive products Profit-first scaling What You’ll Do 1️⃣ Paid Media Audit and optimise Meta + Google Ads Improve ROAS with margin awareness Improve product feed performance Build structured testing roadmap 2️⃣ Conversion Optimisation Audit WooCommerce store Identify conversion bottlenecks Improve product pages & checkout flow Increase AOV through bundles & upsells 3️⃣ Strategy Provide 30-60-90 day growth plan Weekly KPI tracking Clear profitability framework Important Context Industry: Tiles (Australia) Products are heavy and freight-sensitive Breakage & delivery experience matters We are not dropshipping low-quality products Requirements Proven eCommerce experience Experience scaling WooCommerce stores Strong Google Shopping experience Understands contribution margin Can explain strategy clearly Weekly reporting First 30 Days Expected Outcomes Full ad account audit CRO audit Clear testing roadmap KPI dashboard 3–5 measurable optimisation wins To Apply, Answer: What eCommerce stores have you scaled?
