Senior Email Marketer (Klaviyo)

We are looking for a Senior Email Marketer (Klaviyo) to join our growth marketing team. This teammate helps in building, testing, deploying, and monitoring email campaigns, including automated lifecycle journeys and A/B testing to optimize performance. Collaborates with customer service for troubleshooting, configures dynamic content, ensures mobile/web compatibility, and analyzes campaign data using Excel/Sheets to support marketing strategies. The Benefits Work From Home Attendance, Performance, and Referral Bonuses Paid Holidays and Time Offs Health Insurance Card Core Tasks Build, test, QA, deploy, and monitor emails including standalone batch communications, behaviorally triggered emails, and automated lifecycle journeys Create experiments and A/B Tests for both one-off batch emails and longer email journeys Support test & learn efforts across the marketing team Monitor and optimize the performance of emails Partner with customer service to troubleshoot Configuring dynamic content Setting up experiments and A/B tests Test links, layout, mobile/web visualization prior to launching a campaign Pull campaign reports into Excel/Sheets The Requirements: 3+ years of experience in email marketing Experience setting up campaigns in tools like Klaviyo Proficient in Excel/Sheets to prepare and communicate performance reports Experience with audience creation using in-app filters Experience with email marketing design Light HTML/CSS knowledge to troubleshoot and make simple updates to email content Problem solver / willingness to adopt: every day will bring new challenges and tasks Ability to work PST hours Nice-to-Have: Experience with Photoshop/Canva is a plus Experience building and deploying SMS campaigns Email & SMS signup and list growth experience We are looking for someone who wants to grow as part of a team.
