We are a global leader in robotic-assisted surgery and minimally invasive care, and we're looking for a Senior Evidence and Access Strategy Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in market access, health economics, and reimbursement, and will be able to develop robust frameworks for the assessment and appraisal of robotics-assisted technologies.
Requirements
- Health Economics training and experience within the medical device sector is vital
- Detailed understanding of the DACH healthcare markets
- Previous Market Access / Reimbursement strategy experience, value demonstration, value dossier and value communication experience
- Fluency in German and English
- Degree in Health Economics, Public Health, Life Sciences, or related field
- At least 5+ years of relevant experience in market access, health economics, or reimbursement
- Strong understanding of the German healthcare and reimbursement system
- Senior-level stakeholder engagement with key German market access stakeholders
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities
- Fluent communication skills in both German and English
