Senior Field Premium Auditor

Description: • Analyze, review, and conduct insurance premium audits in the field • Ensure accurate and efficient field audits while providing excellent customer service • Examine policyholder’s payroll records and operations • Consult with NCCI/WCIRB and other independent bureaus regarding classification and technical issues • Partners with customers to ensure a professional audit Requirements: • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university required with a major or emphasis in Accounting, Business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience • Minimum 3 – 5 years of related experience as a Field Premium Auditor required • Carrier experience preferred • Associate in Premium Auditing (APA), Certified Insurance Premium Auditor (CIPA), or Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) certification preferred • Valid driver's license required • Must have a good working knowledge of Commercial Lines policies (i.e., Workers’ Compensation, General Liability, other commercial lines coverages as applicable) • Experience working with WCRIB, NCCI, and other independent bureaus is highly desirable • Strong verbal and written communication skills Benefits: • Competitive benefits package with medical, dental, and vision plans • 401K retirement plans and company match • Bonus potential for all positions • Paid Time Off with an accrual rate of 5.23 hours per pay period (equal to 17 days per year) • 11 paid holidays throughout the calendar year • Support for continued learning Apply Job!
