Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in accounting within fintech, finance or corporate services, with a strong exposure to full closing cycles.
- Solid knowledge of local accounting principles (Italian and/or Luxembourg GAAP). IFRS exposure is considered a plus.
- Proactive mindset with ability to work effectively in dynamic and fast-paced environments, meeting tight deadlines with precision.
- Independently manage complex accounting topics and take full responsibility for assigned entities.
- Fluent in Italian and English, ensuring effective communication with international teams.
- Comfortable working in structured ERP environments and modern digital accounting ecosystems. Strong analytical skills and advanced spreadsheet proficiency are required.
