Senior Financial Analyst - Drive Business Growth through Data-Driven Insights

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in analyzing and managing resources to provide financial analysis support to management, driving business growth and informed decision-making. Role Description In this role, you will be responsible for creating and analyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, ensuring financial information accuracy, and managing projects to ensure financial integrity and reconcilability. You will also provide leadership, clear communication, and expertise in recommending improvements to procedural, internal control, and system processes that support financial planning and analysis. Develop and analyze comprehensive financial reports to inform business decisions and drive growth. Manage projects to ensure financial integrity, reconcilability, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Provide expert guidance and recommendations to improve financial processes, internal controls, and system processes. Design and develop financial models and processes to support efficient and accurate analysis and reporting. Manage multiple priorities and deadlines to meet business needs and urgency. Identify trends and developments, and present findings to senior management to inform strategic decisions. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field, with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience. CPA and/or MBA certification preferred, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis. Requirements Proven experience in developing meaningful financial analyses, including analytics, business insights, and recommendations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify variations and trends, and develop practical recommendations. Solid working knowledge of accounting principles, including the relationship between P&L and Balance Sheet activities. Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders. Highly responsive and flexible, with a sense of urgency to provide timely and accurate deliverables under tight deadlines. Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously, with a strong focus on attention to detail and quality. Proficient in MS Office, with advanced Excel skills and experience with financial software such as PeopleSoft and/or Oracle Cloud ERP. Experience with data analytics tools such as Alteryx is preferred. Ability to work effectively with leadership and personnel at all levels, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
