As a Senior Financial Analyst on our Disney Parks, Experiences, and Products (DPEP) Florida Finance team, you'll play a critical role in analyzing metrics and trends to inform business decisions, drive growth, and enhance Visitor experiences. Job Overview We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our DPEP Florida Finance team on a part-time remote basis. As a key member of our finance team, you'll be responsible for providing strategic insights and analysis to support business leaders, drive new business opportunities, and optimize financial performance. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with business partners to review financial results, identify trends, and develop actionable insights to inform business decisions. Support forecasting, planning, and short- and long-term business planning, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategies. Conduct ad-hoc analyses and develop detailed reports for presentations and reporting packages to Senior Leadership. Communicate complex analysis in a clear and concise manner, using "storytelling" techniques to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Develop business cases for new opportunities, such as new attractions, hotels, cruise line programs, and special events. Work effectively in a team environment, both in-person and virtually, with a positive and collaborative attitude. Manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and perform work responsibilities accurately with minimal supervision. Essential Qualifications 2+ years of experience in financial, statistical, or strategic analysis. Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and data visualization, with the ability to extract, organize, and analyze large datasets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner. Strong attention to detail and data accuracy, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Accounting, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications Demonstrated ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. Self-starter with a proactive approach, seeking opportunities to improve internal processes and drive business growth. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including VBA and SQL. Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI. Knowledge of Disney Parks, Experiences, and Products operations, business units, and product offerings. Graduate degree in a quantitative field, MBA, or CPA.
