People that absorb and analyze information quickly to help make better business decisions and stretch our thinking for the future What you will do In this role you will have the opportunity to become an integral part of Strykers Transformation Strategies business as a member of the Finance team. This role works directly with the Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) and Neurotechnology (NT) commercial teams by supporting the creation and evaluation of multi-divisional sales opportunities to help Stryker Win, Protect and Grow in the ASC and NT markets. You will gain cross-functional experience by working directly with Sales, Flex Financial, Customer Solutions Contracts & Pricing, and divisional finance teams within MedSurg, Neurotechnology, and Orthopaedics. There will be significant exposure to the full breadth and depth of Strykers business. Functional responsibilities will include supporting the pre-close deal modeling process ensuring pricing and profitability across Stryker Divisions/Business Units, along with verifying efficient contract(s) setup. You will have the opportunity to gain a deep understanding of the MedSurg, Neurotechnology, and Orthopaedics product portfolios as well as insight into strategic pricing initiatives and its impact on Strykers bottom line. Responsibilities may include: Financial modeling and evaluation process for multi-divisional sales opportunities including assessment of deal structure and profitability Lead coordination across regional functional teams regarding deal modeling, pricing, product cost/margin data, financing, and customer deal structure Prepare and present monthly financial reports and KPIs in a timely and accurate manner Assist with special projects and strategic partnerships, as required Contribute to our culture of being collaborative, respectful, transparent, ethical, and efficient What You Need Bachelor's degree required. 2+ years of work experience required. Working knowledge of forecasting and financial reports: product pricing experience preferred. Working knowledge of data collection, data analysis, evaluation, and validation preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerBI and Salesforce preferred. Experience supporting a sales force/ function preferred. $69,100 - $139,600 salary plus bonus eligible + Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Wellbeing Program, Employee Stock Purchase Program).
