Senior Flip Transaction Coordinator (Remote – LATAM)

We are a U.S.-based real estate investment company completing 3–4 residential flip purchases per month. We are hiring a Senior Flip Transaction Coordinator to own investor purchase transactions from contract to close. This is a plug-and-play role for someone who already understands U.S. investor transactions. This role does not include real estate training. What You’ll Own • Manage flip purchase transactions from executed contract through closing • Create and manage purchase agreements in Dotloop • Open escrow and communicate directly with U.S. title companies • Track closing timelines, inspections, and deliverables • Resolve routine title and document issues independently • Coordinate insurance and utilities prior to closing • Track earnest money and review settlement statements • Escalate higher-risk issues with clear summaries and solutions • Maintain clean, compliant transaction files This Role Is NOT • Not acquisitions • Not sales • Not administrative support • Not a learning role If you have only assisted transactions or handled retail listings, this role is not a fit. Required Experience (Non-Negotiable) • Personally coordinated U.S. investor or flip purchases from contract to close • Strong experience with cash transactions • Advanced working knowledge of Dotloop • Direct experience working with U.S. title companies • Strong written and spoken English • Comfortable managing multiple transactions independently Pay: $9.00 - $10.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Benefits: • Flexible schedule Work Location: Remote Apply Now Apply Now
