About the Role
In this senior development role, you will:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy software applications using .NET, ASP.NET, MVC, and C#
- Apply your technical expertise to analyze business requirements and develop innovative solutions that meet customer needs
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the growth and development of our engineering team
- Participate in the entire software development life cycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance
- Ensure high-quality code delivery, lead validation and testing efforts, and support implementation, transition, and warranty activities
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 7+ years of professional IT experience, with a focus on .NET development
- Strong proficiency in .NET, ASP.NET, MVC, C#, and .NET Core, including Web API, WCF, and Entity Framework
- Experience with Agile or SAFe methodologies and a track record of delivering high-quality software solutions
- Solid understanding of software development principles, patterns, and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following skills and experience are highly desirable:
- Experience with microservices architecture and Azure cloud
- Knowledge of web security basics and Microsoft certifications
- Familiarity with Visual Studio, .NET, and PL/SQL development
