About the Role As a Senior GL Accountant, you'll play a critical role in our accounting team, working closely with our Senior Accounting Supervisor to drive process improvements, ensure accurate financial reporting, and maintain the highest level of financial stewardship. You'll be responsible for a range of key tasks, including: Preparing journal entries and monthly account reconciliations for specific areas of the general ledger Owning the monthly close cycle for assigned functional areas, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting Maintaining financial records for management and GAAP-compliant financial statements Collaborating with external auditors on annual audits and quarterly reviews Communicating with FP&A, functional partners, and external stakeholders on significant accounting matters Conducting ad-hoc analyses and projects to drive process improvement initiatives What We're Looking For To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a unique blend of technical accounting expertise, business acumen, and soft skills.
