Senior HR Business Partner - Remote

Our client is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior HR Business Partner to join our dynamic, fully remote team. This pivotal role will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and management across various departments, driving organizational effectiveness and supporting business objectives through innovative HR strategies. You will be instrumental in developing and implementing HR policies, programs, and initiatives that align with our company's mission and values. Your responsibilities will include talent management, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and change management. You will proactively identify HR trends and challenges within the business units you support and recommend appropriate solutions. This position requires a deep understanding of HR principles and practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully partnering with business leaders to achieve strategic goals. You will also contribute to broader HR projects and initiatives, such as enhancing our employee onboarding process, developing leadership training programs, and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
