As a Senior HR Technology Analyst, you will play a vital role in driving the success of our organization by leveraging your expertise in HR technology and analytics. This hybrid role, based out of our Corporate Campus in Dallas, TX, offers a unique opportunity to work in a flexible and collaborative environment, with a mix of onsite and remote work. As a key member of our People Systems Team, you will serve as a liaison between our Business and Technology Partners, investing in the future of Southwest's People. Your primary focus will be on supporting Workday, our HR and Payroll system, to develop efficiencies, provide exceptional user experiences, and ensure compliance requirements. Your strategic problem-solving skills, combined with a forward-thinking mindset, will enable you to drive projects that shape the future of our organization. Responsibilities: Generate reports summarizing business, financial, or monetary records for analysis by Executives, Managers, Customers, and other Stakeholders Participate in Enterprise projects, providing subject matter expertise in People data and analytics strategies Resolve escalated issues through research of discrepancies in Employee records Collaborate with Stakeholders to ensure capabilities and next stories meet expectations Communicate with key Stakeholders to determine project requirements and objectives Conduct analysis and identify solutions to business problems Requirements: High School Diploma or GED required Advanced-level experience, pro, and specialized expertise in HR and/or Payroll systems Preferred: Advanced knowledge and experience with Workday configuration in HCM and Recruiting, as well as Jira experience What We Offer: Competitive market salary ranging from $97,750 to $108,600 per year, depending on qualifications and experience Opportunities for bonus and ProfitSharing contributions Comprehensive benefits package, including up to a 9.3% 401(k) Company match and free flights on Southwest Airlines A dynamic and collaborative work environment that values innovation, creativity, and employee growth How to Apply: Seize this opportunity to make a significant impact at Southwest Airlines.
